Set Goals. Take Control. Move Forward.

Life has been lifing and you’re tired of being sick and tired. Let’s work together and figure out what is getting in the way of moving forward in your life. You’re in control of this therapy journey and I’m here to support you in figuring out which direction you want to go.

My number one goal is to make you feel comfortable, Therapy can be a scary thing, I know! Who wants to sit there and be vulnerable with a complete stranger? However, the benefits are that you will be met with no judgements, a safe space to be yourself, and feel heard and understood.

Together we will set goals and figure out what steps you need to take to achieve them. After sessions, I want you to feel like you have tools in your box that you can use to help you manage in between sessions.

My Treatment Modalities

Life is not a race, and I will meet you wherever you are on this journey.

Our work will be collaborative, in a safe, comfortable, and warm environment where you can openly discuss concerns and learn skills to manage uncomfortable emotions.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a widely-used form of psychotherapy that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors to help individuals develop healthier thinking patterns and coping strategies.

This therapy is goal-oriented and often short-term, making it an effective treatment for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders.

Motivational Interviewing (MI)

MI is a client-centered, evidence-based counseling approach designed to enhance an individual’s motivation to change. It is particularly effective for addressing behaviors related to addiction, health management, and lifestyle changes.

MI is collaborative and empathetic, focusing on the client’s own values and goals to inspire intrinsic motivation, fostering a supportive environment for personal growth and transformation.

Psychodynamic Therapy

Psychodynamic Therapy is a depth-oriented form of psychotherapy that aims to uncover the unconscious patterns and past experiences influencing a person’s current behavior and emotions. It delves into the complexities of the mind, exploring early relationships, internal conflicts, and unresolved issues.

By bringing unconscious elements to consciousness, individuals gain profound insights into their emotional life and behavior patterns.
