My number one goal is to make you feel comfortable, Therapy can be a scary thing, I know! Who wants to sit there and be vulnerable with a complete stranger? However, the benefits are that you will be met with no judgements, a safe space to be yourself, and feel heard and understood.
Together we will set goals and figure out what steps you need to take to achieve them. After sessions, I want you to feel like you have tools in your box that you can use to help you manage in between sessions.
